Data managementThere are three ways of managing the measured values:
- Print the results – A printer unit can be connected to the control panel over the USB port. Supported printers must necessarily use the ‘PCL’ communication protocol （TESA does not guarantee the compatibility with all printers available on the market, for more info contact a TESA subsidiary）.
- Send data to a host computer – The results are sent to the computer through the serial port on the control panel. Using HyperTerminal available from the computer, all data can be collected in a *.txt file, or in a Microsoft Office Application running TESA Data-Direct application.
- Send the results to a USB flash drive – The control panel enables the user who does not want to link a PC to its machine, to store the measurement results on its own flash drive, either in a single or several *.txt files （TESA guarantees only the compatibility with the USB flash drive included in the machine configuration）.
